Dora and The Crystal Kingdom - Wii Reivew September 4, 2010 Mummyto2 I purchased this for my 3 year old and she found the controls very easy to use and enjoyed the game immensley. The graphics aren't as good as what you'd expect for a Nick game but she didn't notice and it doesn't really bear that badly when you consider that it is a child's game and they don't really pay that much attention to how nice things look.
Did think that it could've had more substance as she managed to complete it in about 5 weeks, and that was only playing it for a couple of hours over a weekend. However, a good buy and well worth the money.

I got this for my little girls 3rd birthday, its her first wii game so I was not sure how easy it would be for her but she took to it straight away. Its been great for her confidence and my 6 year old boy has also enjoyed playing on it although I thought it was too easy for him he was still happy to play. Brilliant!
Control method a bit annoying. April 28, 2010 Average Jane (England) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
You have to hold the controller sideways and tip it to get Dora to run right or left. Probably shouldn't say from age 3 on the game as it's slightly tricky for the little ones to learn. Otherwise, this game is great fun.
A good buy! March 30, 2010 Rachel (Shropshire, England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this game for my 4 year old daughter who loves the idea that she can just get on and play a game without having to ask how to do it. The controls are very simple and self explanatory. Tip one way to walk one way and the other way to walk back. Wind up the flag pole by winding the control etc. You can't die or fall into oblivion which again she likes and she likes the acheivement of getting through each level. A feel good game for little girls with the bonus of butterfly wings to make her fly.
