My 2 1/2 year old grandson lives in Birmingham, England in an apartment block. I live in America. His aunties and uncles and other grandparents went in with me on this purchase so that he would be able to learn to ride a "bike" at the same age as his cousins who have back yards here in the USA. He was very excited when his "bike" arrived and immediately upon putting the "bike" together, his parents took him for his first ride. He is learning to put his feet on the pedals, but in the meantime, the push pole allows him to begin to ride like a big boy. This is a great product and because it is made from metal, I think it will last longer than one made from plastic. I also like the elongated seat which allows him to scoot forward and reach the pedals. As he grows he can scoot backwards and ride it when he is taller.
I also had fun tracking it from Germany-the DHL shipment form was in German and I had to copy and paste the words into my Google bar to translate the tracking. But it was shipped very quickly. Also, the instructions for assembling it were in German, but my daughter said that her husband managed to assemble it easily becuase there were also photos included of each step.

This was a fab buy for my son,s 2nd birthday, although he needs to grow abit to reach the pedals, this is a great looking, sturdy, well made trike with a good frame and wheels that will last, very pleased and comes with a push handle until he learns to ride himself confidently.
