Customer Reviews: This is so funny! April 22, 2010 Mrs Library (Scotland) I have 2 children who are well past this stage in their life, however this little gem of a book reminded me of all the things they used to get up to! It made me laugh out loud and actually had me in tears for most of the book. I am going to buy it for my sister who has recently had her first baby just so she knows whats coming!!! A brilliant and very funny book.
Present for young parents. April 19, 2010 C. Notarangelo (East Lothian Scotland) I bought this as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law, to give them an idea of what my grandsons might get up to over the next 4-5 years! They both said it was a good read and found it very funny, already able to tick off some escapades my older grandson had got up to.
A very funny book for parents (and kids) February 21, 2010 J. Cascarino 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read this terrific book before giving it to my best friend who's just had a baby. Although it's called 101 Things to do Before You're Five, it's actually written for the parents. The book is broken up into five sections - 0-1year old, 1-2 years old etc and each one is full of very funny observations about the way children behave, which reminded me very much of the daft things my kids did. It's also very funny and insightful on how Mums and Dads react to their kids. The book is also full of hilarious cartoony illustrations. Highly recommended for adults of all ages.
